In an effort to reduce concern about early resort closures due to COVID-19 we have developed multiple levels of assurance. so that the value of our AJ Motion Season Rental Program will continue to be the best in Utah. The best BY FAR is our goal!
Many companies in the industry are offering similar programs to protect your investment in our industry, but we feel ours is fair to both parties long-term relationship.
Since we know 100% you will not find a better value on your season rental gear we are offering a 100% refund up to December 1st 2020 on any season rental package purchased in September through November that you decide not to continue with. The gear cannot have been used at all and must be physically returned to our store by December 1st. This assurance policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind about the upcoming season.
The next levels of assurance, once the equipment has been used, are as follows:
Up to Dec 19th:
Return ALL GEAR in great condition for a 50% credit toward future rentals (summer or winter gear)
Up to January 1st:
Return ALL GEAR in great condition for a 25% credit toward future rentals (summer or winter gear)
Up To February 1st:
Return ALL GEAR in great condition for a 10% credit toward future rentals (summer or winter gear)
Additional Information:
We have communicated with the resorts and we do not foresee early or mid-season resort closure. The resorts are making your safety top priority and will eventually have detailed plans on their websites, on how they are going to continue their operations this coming season in regards to managing the spread of COVID-19.
We will always do our best to follow State & Federal laws and recommendations by the CDC, as well as go above and beyond to protect our staff, guests, and community from the spread of COVID-19. However, with new information consistently coming out, we cannot predict the future, and we do not have every answer to every question, but our management team is happy to answer what they can: manager@ajmotionsports.com
If the resorts do close early, or for a period of time, we will cross that bridge when the time comes, we feel our current policy listed above if very fair to our customers and to our business.
