AJ Motion Sports started in 2009 at our Main Sandy Location, 1956 east 9400 south. Since then we have expanded our store front (doubling it’s size), expanded to new locations, started a popular Gear Outlet, and created our own brand.

At AJ Motion Sports, we’re proud to offer a variety of inflatable paddle boards. We have: beginner boards, yoga boards, expedition boards, junior boards, sit-down boards, lazy river boards, & more!
All of our boards from STAGE are made with super durable 2-ply PVC, and high quality 6″ drop stitch construction.
In 2017 we started our 1st ever, Summer Rentals & Sales Program, featuring Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP). They were an immediate hit! Every summer since we have sold-out of new and used paddleboards and booked up every weekend with reservations! We sell New & Used iSUP for the best deal in Utah, as well as manage the largest fleeting of inflatable stand-up paddleboards in Utah.
In 2019 we expanded our Summer Rental Program to include a small Inflatable Kayak fleet. These kayaks ended up being a huge hit and great compliment to SUP rental.
In 2020 we expanded our Summer Rental Program to include Tent, Sleeping Bags, and Backpacking packs.
GOGGLES, SUP, & MORE
STAGE provides quality build ski gear & super-durable Inflatable Paddleboards for affordable competitive pricing. STAGE‘s popular Stunt goggle has been our most popular selling goggle in-store for years, and can now be found at resorts all around the US. The new PROP & PROPNETIC frame-less goggles look stunning, are built with components found in many high-end goggles, but are a fraction of the cost. STAGE offers a variety of tuning supplies, face masks, balaclavas, goggles, ski poles & more.
We are so enthusiastic about the ski industry that simply operating a ski shop wasn’t enough. We recognized the lack of quality & increasing price trends in ski gear. We saw the familiar frustration in families buying their kids expensive gear to only have to replace it the next season. We saw local ski bums struggling to afford face masks. We saw travelers forget expensive goggles at home, just to have to re-buy them for a weekend ski vacation. This led to the creation to our sister company, STAGE.
